One River Point started selling this new project recently and will truly be one of Miami’s most recognizable buildings around the world.
One River Point is a 60 story condominium with 350 residences with private elevators located along Miami River and designed by Architect Rafael Viñoli.
Viñoli the architect of 432 Park Avenue in New York has designed One River Point to raise 780 feet with 2 towers connected at the summit by a 3 story floating glass sky bridge. An 85 story waterfall will cascade down a floating four story podium and the sixteen floor amenity deck will have an infinity edge pool, lap pool, restaurant, butler service with private cabanas, fitness center and spa.
But the best about this project is the 55th Floor Sky Club with two restaurants, cigar lounge, wine cellar, screening room among other. As the developer Karmely call the project “ultra-luxury urban resort living.”
The members-only club Sky Club will be a modern take on other exclusive private clubs such us London Soho House, Aspen’s Caribou, New York’s Core Club and Beijing’s Hockey Club.
The 35,000 sq ft club will have three levels of amenities including the 10,000 square foot skybridge, public dining rooms, a craft cocktail bar, private dining, wine cellar, library and residents’ lounge, business center with private meeting rooms and members will have access to 25 club suites for guests.
All aspects of the design and service of the Sky club will be curated by Adrian Zacha, the indonesian hotelier and founder of the prestigious and upscale Aman Resorts.
Sales of the condominium already started and prices are range from about $750,000 to $12 million with villas and penthouse with higher prices.
One River point is expected to begin construction on fall 2016.
